I know it's a long shot, but IF you wanted to vote for Tom the Dancing Bug, nominated for a Harvey Award for Best Comic Strip or Panel, all you would have to do would be to:
1. Go to the Harvey Award Site;
2. Fill out the Harvey Ballot; and
3. Email it to harveyballots@hotmail.com
It would be that easy.
