From the 2002 Winter Olympics.
I have no recollection of making this decision (12 years ago!), but I'm sure that I drew the Tom the Dancing Bug logo as an inside joke to myself. I subtly evoked the Mad Magazine logo because this comic used the format and structure of a Mad article.
