The former (?) cartoonist and current essayist Tim Kreider included a reference to one of my comics in his latest for the New York Times.
(How can he not illustrate his own essays??!!??)

I recently did a panel with the British cartoonist Stephen Collins, and he was just dealing with people confusing him with the American actor Stephen Collins whose shocking pedophelia scandal had just broken a couple of days earlier. I hope that's going better for him now.
Anyway, in doing the panel and meeting him, I discovered his great comics and really cool new graphic novel. Recommonday'd.
I'm not sure about the U.S. availability of this book, compiling his comic strips he's done for The Guardian and other venues.. Very funny stuff. I don't think you can buy it here.
His brand new graphic novel is excellent and certainly available; you can buy it here.

ALIEN INVASION IN MY BACKYARD: AN EMU CLUB ADVENTURE (#1)
Sure, it doesn't come out until April, but it's never too early to buy a book, is it? Hey, it's only about ten bucks.
I'm so excited about this book, and if you have kids or know kids or have heard about kids, or like kids' books with a strange sense of humor, it would be great if you would pre-order. Just look at this gorgeous cover (painted by the brilliant Adam Rex, from my drawing).
